Meetings of Interest at St. Charles Parish
Parish Council
Meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Jude Room. Agendas are distributed the week preceding the meeting. The Parish Council promotes planning, sets goals, develops policies, ensures that resources are allocated in such a way that the goals can be achieved, and evaluates mission effectiveness regularly. Please call the parish office to schedule an item on the agenda.
Finance & Administrative Services Committee
Meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Conference Room. This committee reports directly to Parish Council. It coordinates practices and activities that bring forth the talents, gifts and resources of the entire parish.
Building & Grounds Committee
Meets the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Conference Room. This committee is a sub-committee of the Finance & Administrative Services Committee. It is responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of all parish buildings and equipment.
